| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
| How do I return or exchange my product? |

Jones & Horvath, Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny returns. Items that have not been used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and/or gift receipt. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain the original product tags. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will not be accepted for SALE items or CUSTOM orders, including customized apparel, custom paint orders, and special ordered items.
All returns/exchanges must accompanied with the sales receipt. Purchaser is responsible for $6.00 additional shipping/handling fee for exchanges. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No COD returns/exchanges are accepted.
Our processing system does not retain credit card information. Please provide the details from the original card used for the transaction on the packing slip. Or, indicate on the original packing slip, that you would like to be contacted for the information to process the credit.
