Exchanges and Returns:

Jones & Horvath, Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny returns. NO CASH REFUNDS.  Items that have not been used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns/exchanges must accompanied with the original order confirmation or packing slip. Purchaser is responsible for $6.00 additional shipping/handling fee for exchanges. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No COD returns/exchanges are accepted. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain the original product tags. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will not be accepted for SALE items or CUSTOM orders, including customized apparel, custom paint orders, and special ordered items.
